Are you a skilled CNC operator who enjoys working with both sliding-head and turret lathes? Then you might be the person we are looking for! Here, you will work in a modern workshop featuring high-quality machinery, where precision and efficiency are the keys to success.
Internships and internal training
Our primary growth strategy focuses not on machinery, but on finding the right people. We partner with upper-secondary and higher vocational schools to host students for internships each year. During their time with us, we get to know them and assess their skills, creating the potential to offer them employment down the line. To ensure high quality and a long-term supply of skilled labor, we also conduct in-house training for new staff. These training programs are led by an experienced industrial instructor with many years of practical experience in the manufacturing industry.
