Quality & Sustainability
Quality in product, service and delivery is our highest priority. We work in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, provide carbon-footprint data on request and use 100% fossil-free, renewable electricity. We are ISO certified and conduct annual customer and employee surveys to ensure quality and reliable delivery.

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) helps ensure that a product and manufacturing process meet customer requirements before series production begins.
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is a structured risk-analysis method used to identify and prevent potential failures during development and production.
Customer and employee surveys
We conduct annual customer and employee surveys to support sustainable delivery performance and employee satisfaction. Customer feedback highlights short response and lead times as well as high delivery reliability.
