Lean flow for the fastest deliveries
Our production is designed to create a smooth and efficient flow throughout the entire manufacturing chain. With well-established LEAN practices, we minimize lead times, reduce waste and ensure fast deliveries. All processes are carefully planned so that raw material can quickly be transformed into finished components with high and consistent quality.
Efficient and flexible machine park
Our production is built around 17 CNC lathes operating around the clock in three shifts. A CNC lathe enables advanced machining with high precision and repeatability, even for large production runs. By combining several machining operations in the same machine, we can streamline production while maintaining tight tolerances and a good surface finish.
Our machine park is adapted for flexible manufacturing, allowing us to quickly switch between different components and production volumes according to customer requirements.
CNC turning for different dimensions
CNC turning is used across several machining areas to cover a broad range of components. For smaller and more complex components, we perform longitudinal turning in dimensions Ø3–38 mm. This method is well suited to series production where high precision and stable quality are essential. For larger components, we also offer automatic turning in the Ø38–80 mm range, as well as turning with robotic automation up to Ø100 mm.
Our turning techniques

Longitudinal turning is used for precision machining of complex components from bar stock. Through a guide bushing and axial material feed, high dimensional accuracy, good surface finish and stable machining of long, slender components are achieved. The method is ideal for series production with high demands on quality and process efficiency.
Maximum length: 600 mm.

Multi-operation turning is used for complex components where several machining operations are performed in a single setup. The machines are equipped with two spindles and up to three turrets, enabling simultaneous machining from several directions and significantly reducing cycle times.
Robotic automation complements multi-operation turning by ensuring a continuous production flow with shorter lead times and high productivity.
Maximum length: 400 mm.
Quality-assured CNC turning
All CNC turning is carried out according to established procedures and continuously inspected to ensure that every component meets the specified requirements. Through structured follow-up, measurement and continuous improvement, we provide stable and reliable production.
Robot automation and vision systems
To further increase efficiency, we use robots with vision automation. These systems work together with our CNC lathes and ensure correct handling of components throughout the process. Automation contributes to increased operational reliability, shorter cycle times and less manual work, which in turn leads to more consistent quality.
